Returns & Refund Policy
All returns need to be initiated within 3 days of the date of delivery. All shipping fees are excluded from refunds.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging with the relevant plastic protection. If the plastic protection piece has been removed from the Transparent case and stuck back on, we will not be able to honour the refund.
We do not provide free return shipping labels. Customers are liable for return shipping back to us. To initiate a return, drop an email to us at help@thinase.com and we’ll assist you with the refund process.
Yes! We’ll be happy to help you change your order to something you’d prefer.
-All exchanges need to be initiated within 3 days of the ship date.
-We kindly request that your original order be returned to us. We do not provide return labels.
-Once we have verified your exchange, your replacement order will be processed for you.

Customers will be required to pay the shipping cost on the replacement item.
thinase will provide a special discount code that you will apply to the order. You will only have to pay for shipping!
Order for the replacement must be placed within 3 days of receiving the discount code.
Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on the replacement, returned or exchanged items to thinase.
A photo is required on ALL product issues/warranty claims.
We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
We cannot offer a refund on any item that was free due to a promotion, such as Buy One, Get One Free or from a competition/gift box. These are still eligible for warranties, however. If you reach out to our support team, they would be happy to assist you further.
We cannot offer a refund or replacement for an item that is damaged due to a regular usage of the product. Our Free replacement policy voids if the product is in damaged condition, and no such complaints will be entertained.
We cannot offer a refund or return on USED glass screen protectors.
If you do not want to accept a replacement:
If a customer decides that they do not want a replacement, then thinase will only be able to provide store credit for the amount of the product only.
All thinase ultra thin cases come with 3 months warranty on color fade or turning yellow of the case from your date of purchase. Warranty replacements can only be issued with photographic proof of defect, and proof of purchase.
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, or your product has failed within 3 days, take a picture of it and contact us at help@thinase.com.
Shipping costs for replacements will be borne by the customer.
**Unfortunately, we are unable to cover accidental damages and normal wear and tear.
Our team may ask you to damage the product completely and send us the images for the approval of replacement. If customer fails to provide the images within 7 days from the last conversation, the replacement request will be rejected automatically without any prior notice and cant be reopened again.
**Accepting Replacements
Once the customer accepts a replacement of any item, they are no longer eligible for a return or refund on the original order.
